Following yesterday’s NA LCS banners, here are the ones for the European scene.

 

From left to right and top to bottom: Unicorns of Love, ROCCAT, SK Gaming, Origen, H2K, Gambit, Giants, Fnatic, Elements and Copenhagen Wolves.

 

 

 

 

Ranger’s Focus [ Q ]

• Active can no longer target structures

 

 

Volley [ W ]

• Base damage decreased from 40/50/60/70/80 to 20/35/50/65/80

 

 

 

 

General

• Base Movement Speed decreased from 345 to 340

 

Phase Dive [ E ]

• Base damage decreased from 50/80/110/140/170 to 30/60/90/120/150

 

 

 

 [ Note ] Jayce received numerous updates in yesterday’s PBE patch. His basic abilities now have 6 ranks.

 

To the Skies! [ Melee Q ]

• Base damage increased from 20/60/100/140/180 to 30/70/110/150/190/230 (live value is 20/65/110/155/200)

 

Shock Blast [ Ranged Q ]

• Base damage increased from 60/100/160/210/260/310 to 70/120/170/220/270/320

 

Thundering Blow [ Melee E ]

• Cooldown increased from 14/13/12/11/10/9 seconds to 15/14/13/12/11/10 (live value is 14/13/12/11/10 seconds)

 

 

[ Note ] This update was part of yesterday’s PBE patch, but I assumed it was all smoke and mirrors.

 

Distortion [ W ]

• Dash speed has been decreased from 1600 to 1300

 

 

 

 

On the Hunt [ R ] 

• The time it takes for the movement speed burst to decay from 60% to 20% has been decreased from 2/4/6 seconds to 2/3/4

 

 Hextech Sweeper [ 3v3 only ]

• Cooldown on active decreased from 120 seconds to 60

[ Note ] Hextech Sweeper was reworked into a sweeper trinket for Twisted Treeline in this PBE update.

 

King of Clubs Mordekaiser has swapped his crucifiction chair for a proper throne back. Here’s a comparison; left side is the OLD version, right side – the NEW one.

 

 

 

This has promptly been reflected in the shared splash art for the Card skins. Here’s how it looks now:
